Welcome to Some Things Drawings, a place for making drawings of many different things. 

I'm Joanna, the face behind Some Things Drawings. I've always loved art and exploring the world through painting, drawing and making. However, this passion remained  a hobby for a long time, making cards for family birthdays or prints for new family arrivals. 

After studing English at university, working as teacher and then becoming a mum, I found myself missing my paintbrush and pen. It was during this time, I decided to more seriously develop my artistic practice. I set up an Etsy shop, completed The Good Ship Illustration Company's 'Picture Book' course, attend my first craft fair and Some Things Drawings was born. 

From greetings cards to art prints, invitations to stationary, I hope you will find something here that will bring you and your loved ones joy.
